SKnote Audio Percolate v1.0 2018 WiN

SKnote Audio Percolate is a stereo tube saturation effect for producers who want to add grit, warmth or transformer coloration to their tracks. Available as a Windows VST2 plugin, it suits compatible hosts such as FL Studio and Ableton Live.

Its component-level circuit model follows the signal through input and output transformers, a preamp, tone shaping and a push-pull power stage. Choose the preamp output for a crisper saturation character that needs more input level to break up, or use the power-stage output for a smoother, richer response. Transformer options offer further tonal choices: transparent or iron at the input, and hi-fidelity or iron at the output, where the contrast is most noticeable in the low end.

Input Gain controls how hard the tube circuit is driven without changing the dry signal. Separate left and right meters help you judge levels, while Tone shapes only the processed path. The Mix control blends that path with sample-aligned dry audio, making lighter parallel treatments possible. An overall Volume control sets the final level, and Power bypasses the effect.
