Ample China Dongxiao

Ample China Dongxiao brings the expressive, breathy voice of the traditional Chinese vertical bamboo flute to your DAW. Recorded from a masterbuilt G-key Deep Blue Sea Dongxiao, this 4.8 GB library captures every nuance of a master performance. The advanced woodwind engine offers three articulation groups—Head, Body, and Special FX—with real-time keyswitching and a dynamic legato system that responds to your playing. Adjustable wind layers add natural breath, while Creative Mirroring reverses articulations for evolving phrases. Shape your tone with five mic positions and a suite of studio-grade FX including EQ, compression, delay, and convolution reverb. Ideal for film, game, and world music composers, or any producer seeking an evocative solo woodwind. Whether you’re crafting cinematic soundscapes or adding an authentic Eastern flavor to your tracks, the Dongxiao delivers soulful, playable realism.
