IEM Plug-in Suite

The IEM Plug-in Suite is a free, open-source bundle of over 20 Ambisonic tools for spatial audio and 3D sound design, supporting up to 7th-order Ambisonics. It covers encoding, decoding, spatial processing, and visualization, making it ideal for immersive music, film, and game audio. Highlights include DualDelay, now with DAW sync, BPM-based timing, and signal warping; GranularEncoder, the first Ambisonic granular synthesizer that turns any mono or stereo source into enveloping textures or particle clouds; and MultiBandCompressor, a four-band mastering processor that preserves the spatial image. Additional tools include reverb, EQ, encoders, decoders, and utilities. This suite suits hobby producers and sound designers exploring spatial audio in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic, and offers a versatile, no-cost entry point into 3D sound.
