Dopamine

Dopamine is a pop and EDM synth instrument created by Big Wave Audio exclusively for Native Instruments. Designed for beatmakers and producers, it puts real-time effects like side-chain, lo-fi, and tape stop right at your fingertips via modifier keys, so you can trigger them from your keyboard without breaking your flow. With over 200 presets spanning pop, EDM, trap, and beyond, plus filter tags for pads, leads, plucks, and basses, you’ll find the right sound fast. The built-in step sequencer and arpeggiator let you instantly build diverse sonic and rhythmic sequences, while drag-and-drop MIDI chord progressions and expressive master effects help you shape chart-ready tracks with ease. It’s ideal for hobbyists and aspiring producers working in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want big drops and polished sounds without deep sound-design effort. Requires Kontakt Player or Kontakt 8.7.1 or higher.
