DaZuul

DaZuul by Ugritone is a smarter de-esser that tames harsh sibilance without gutting your vocal. Instead of compressing the whole signal, it gently rolls off only the high frequencies when a sibilant hits — like a virtual finger turning down a high EQ knob. This keeps the body and lower frequencies intact, so vocals stay natural and intelligible. Because it leaves dynamics and tonality below the treble untouched, DaZuul also works as a smoothing tool for any instrument that needs treble taming, from bright acoustic guitars to cymbals. Features include cutoff amplitude adjustment, detector filtering, treble boost, detector signal monitor, and a de-essing indicator light. It suits hobby producers mixing vocals or taming harsh sources in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want transparent, musical control over sibilance.
