Reason 14

Reason 14 is a complete music production environment built around a legendary modular Rack. It’s packed with hand-crafted synthesizers, samplers, drum machines, effects, and MIDI Players that you can wire together in any configuration using virtual cables, letting you build complex signal chains and shape truly unique sounds. Beyond the Rack, it’s a full-featured DAW with audio and MIDI recording, a clip-based sequencer, SSL-modeled mixing, Vocal Edit, audio slicing, and pitch correction. It also runs as a VST3, AU, or AAX plugin inside any compatible DAW, so you can bring the full Rack into your existing workflow. With over 30,000 patches, loops, and samples, inspiration is always close at hand. Version 14 adds a track-centric workflow with Track Panel, Track Folders, smarter clips, the RV-9 Reverb Station, dark mode mixer, automatic tempo detection, and MIDI Note Chase. It suits producers who want a self-contained studio with deep sound design potential.
