Bus Processor 670

Bus Processor 670 by Softube is a modern recreation of the legendary dual-channel variable-mu tube compressor, capturing the weight, warmth, and authority that made the original a studio staple. Variable-mu compression uses tubes to dynamically adjust gain, delivering harmonically rich, musical compression ideal for gluing mixes together. Use it on the mix bus, drums, vocals, or electric guitars to add analog cohesion and character. Softube expanded the original with dedicated tube and transformer saturation knobs, a calibration control for compression-dependent saturation, sidechain filtering, tone shift, mono/stereo linking, and separate M/S outputs. Spatialization features include an air band, mono maker, and stereo widening. Whether you want subtle warmth or aggressive pump, this plugin offers a flexible, modern workflow for mixing and mastering. It suits hobby producers seeking classic tube character with contemporary control.
