Evolve Dark Matter Upgrade from Evolve Dark Matter Lite

Evolve Dark Matter is a sample-based synthesizer built for producers chasing heavy, obscure and cinematic textures. Its quad-layer engine lets you stack up to four layers, each holding either a sampled instrument from a large library of sources or a synth oscillator, and you can import your own samples to build fully custom patches. An expressive XY Pad morphs between layers or modulates parameters in real time, while one-click randomisation sparks fresh ideas instantly. Twelve modulation sources, including envelopes, LFOs, velocity, keytracking and XY controls, keep movement flowing with clear visual feedback. Dual filters, a rearrangeable three-slot FX chain and physics-inspired macro effects let you shape and polish your tone. With 250 presets spanning dark drum and bass, atmospheric techno and experimental electronic music, it suits hobby producers and sound designers exploring ominous drones, tectonic low-end and brooding soundscapes.
