Studio Drum Lab

Studio Drum Lab by Wavea is a drum sample library recorded at Love Electric Studios in North London using vintage Neumann U67, C414, and Royer ribbon mics through Neve pre-amps and API 2500 compression. It includes over 350 drum hits in 24-bit/44.1kHz quality, with multi-velocity layers of up to 8 samples per key for expressive dynamics. Six expert presets offer macro control over room, overhead, close, and ambient mic positions, letting you dial in anything from tight, dry kits to spacious, roomy tones. The library covers kicks, snares, toms, claps, crashes, sticks, rim shots, and rides, making it ideal for authentic breaks, indie-dance, and rock productions. It requires Flite v1.4 and is suited to hobby producers who want studio-grade drum sounds with flexible mixing control.
