Steinberg Classic Collection

The Steinberg Classic Collection brings back the very first VST plug-ins that launched the in-the-box music revolution in 1996. This free bundle includes five pioneering instruments and effects, each with a distinctly vintage character. Neon is a subtractive polysynth with a warm, addictive tone and mock wood panels. VB-1 delivers authentic electric bass with quick pickup and pick-position controls. CS-40 offers warm, expressive synth sounds, from smooth pads to cutting leads. LM7 is a simple, punchy sample-based drum machine perfect for adding a vintage vibe to modern productions. Karlette is a tape delay with four replay heads, separate pan and high-frequency roll-off per head, and tempo sync for beat-locked echoes. Together, these classics suit hobby producers and anyone curious about the roots of computer music, adding nostalgic color to FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic projects. Rediscover where it all began.
