SKR8

SKR8 by Thenatan Audio is a turntable engine plugin that lets you perform real scratches on your own audio in real time. Instead of relying on sample packs, you draw the platter motion with your mouse across eight tempo-synced tables, building a continuous routine. Each table offers 22 hand-modelled techniques like Baby, Flare, Crab, and Chirp, so you can sketch authentic turntablist moves even without decks. Five turntable models—such as Inferno, Dust, and Ratchet—shape the tone and character of your scratches. Use it on drums, vocals, basslines, or a full mix to add rhythmic movement and texture. It suits hobby producers in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want expressive scratch effects without a record collection. The 22 MB plugin requires no sample library and runs on Windows and Mac.
