LVC-Meter is a free metering utility for Windows and macOS that packs the metering sections of several LVC-Audio plugins into one standalone tool. It covers the essentials with a spectrum analyzer, stereo vectorscope, and waveform history view, while all meters use true-peak monitoring to catch intersample overs. You can run it in EBU mode, K-System, or plain dBFS depending on what you need to check. It doesn’t just watch levels, though: three simple controls (GAIN, BALANCE, WIDTH) let you make adjustments, with extra-fine settings on gain and balance available by right-clicking the knobs, which makes it handy as a final gain stage. The interface is resizable, colors and spectrum settings (window type, FFT size, overlap) are configurable, and there’s an XML-based preset system plus FloatDither 32-bit dithering.
