Dunk – Scrubber Win

Scrubber is a free Windows-only audio plugin built for a very specific job: creating the time-stretched, pitch-shifted vocal effect often heard in classic jungle and drum and bass tracks. It works exclusively with WAV files, so you’ll need to prepare your samples in that format before loading them in. The plugin is aimed at hobby producers who want to add that eerie, stretched-out ‘dread’ vocal sound to their productions without complex editing. Whether you’re making jungle, DnB, or just want to experiment with extreme time manipulation, Scrubber offers a straightforward way to achieve the effect. It’s lightweight (under 1 MB) and runs on Windows, making it easy to integrate into FL Studio, Ableton, or other DAWs that support VST plugins. Since it’s a free tool, it’s a great option for beginners or anyone looking to add authentic old-school flavor to their tracks. Just load a WAV file, adjust the settings, and you’re ready to go.
