Digitalis is a multi-effect plugin built for digital degradation and glitch processing, inspired by faulty converters, damaged CDs, weak connections, and data errors. It suits hobby producers using FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want to add lo-fi character, rhythmic chaos, or experimental textures to their tracks. The plugin includes a Data window with a spectral filtering PaintBox that accepts custom patterns and even JPG/PNG images, plus pitch shifting, formant shifting, and pitch quantization. A Telecommunications section delivers lossy audio effects, while the Corruption window offers flexible downsampling, dynamic bitcrushing with multiple modes, and bitrot emulation. The Time window features a tempo-synced repeater with pitch shift and bend, rhythm and pitch glitch controls, and a customizable signal flow. A 16-step sequencer with four effect slots lets you build complex modulations. Version 1.1 adds zero-latency operation when the Data window is bypassed, longer PaintBox rhythms, and a preset system with 98 factory presets. Available for Windows 10+ (VST3, AAX) and macOS 10.12–12 (AU, VST3, AAX).
