StoryVox Pro is a Windows desktop application for turning manuscripts into finished audiobooks using local AI narration. Built on the Supertonic 3 text-to-speech model, it runs entirely offline, so your text and voice samples never leave your PC. It ships with ten built-in voices and includes a Voice Cloner tool for creating custom narrators from short audio samples, with no per-voice charges. The chapter editor lets you adjust speed, pacing gaps, and quality, preview sections, and regenerate individual sentences without redoing a whole chapter. Finished books export as M4B files with chapter markers, cover art, and metadata, ready for distribution platforms. A project manager keeps multiple books open at once, each with its own scripts, voices, and export settings, and scripts can be saved and reloaded between sessions. It supports 31 languages and uses GPU acceleration with a CPU fallback. This is aimed at self-publishing authors, indie audiobook producers, and hobbyist narrators who want studio-style results without a recording booth or cloud subscription.
