CyberLink Director Suite v12.0 is a Windows editing suite for video, photography, audio, and color grading. Rather than a VST instrument or effect, it brings together four dedicated applications: PowerDirector for video editing, PhotoDirector for photo work, ColorDirector for color adjustments, and AudioDirector for audio editing.
For hobby music producers creating accompanying visuals, social clips, or video projects, the suite covers tasks beyond a typical DAW session. It supports 4K video and photo creation, while PowerDirector includes AI-assisted editing tools. Bundled extras include social media, holiday, travel, and wedding packs, plus Essential and Premium PowerDirector content packs and Morisawa fonts.
The listed requirements cover 64-bit Windows 7 through Windows 11, with Windows 10 or 11 required for AI features. Some processing tools have additional hardware requirements: NVIDIA audio/video denoise and room echo removal need a supported RTX graphics card and at least 8 GB of RAM. The download is 6.89 GB, and installation requires 10 GB of storage. No VST or other DAW plugin format is listed.
