Audio Modeling SWAM Solo Brass Bundle is a collection of 15 physically modeled solo brass instruments for Windows. Covering trumpets, trombones, horns and tubas, it generates sound without samples and lets you shape performances through real-time control. It suits hobby producers, composers and keyboard or wind-controller players who want to perform expressive brass parts rather than rely on fixed recordings.

The instruments are designed for both studio work and live playing, with responses modeled on acoustic brass. MIDI control makes the bundle useful for musicians who prefer to build expression into a performance as they play.

Version 1.6.2 adds factory presets, updates the Trumpet C and Piccolo Trumpet sound presets, and improves wind-controller responsiveness. It also introduces a Release Wind Controller Mode parameter and a desktop setting for switching interface rendering between CPU and GPU. Windows installer options include VST2 and VST3 plug-ins for compatible hosts such as FL Studio and Ableton Live. Ableton users should note that automating a parameter also assigned to a MIDI CC can add entries to Live’s Undo history.
