Audiolatry 808XD x64 VST VST3 AU WiN MAC [FREE]

Audiolatry 808XD is a free, sample-based bass instrument for producers who want ready-to-play 808 sounds with straightforward sound-shaping controls. Its 31 presets cover clean low end alongside saturated, distorted, modulated and experimental tones, making it useful for trap, hip-hop, EDM, hardstyle and bass-heavy pop.

Rather than building a patch from scratch, you can choose a preset and adjust its character to fit your track. The distortion section provides drive, gain and mix controls, while cabinet emulation offers another way to color the sound. LFO modulation, low-pass and high-pass filter controls, voice selection and glide let you shape movement, tone and transitions between notes. Global gain, pan and envelope controls handle level, placement and note shaping.

808XD suits hobby producers looking for a focused 808 bass ROMpler rather than a full synthesis workstation. It supports 64-bit VST2 and VST3 hosts on Windows, including compatible versions of FL Studio and Ableton Live. macOS versions also include AU support for Logic Pro. The stated minimum memory requirement is 2 GB of RAM.
