Toontrack – Funk Fusion EBX (SOUNDBANK)

Funk Fusion EBX is an expansion soundbank for Toontrack’s EZbass that focuses on a single, carefully selected modern bass guitar built to handle both funk and fusion styles. The instrument was chosen for its ability to deliver detailed dynamics, tonal depth, and a high standard of sound across jazz and rock contexts. Recordings include traditional fingerpicking and the classic slap technique, plus a new articulation for EZbass called left-hand mute, which produces a distinct, coherent muted character reminiscent of an electric guitar mute. This library is aimed at hobby producers and songwriters who want a ready-made bass foundation for funk, fusion, jazz-rock, or similar genres without programming every note from scratch. It runs on Windows and integrates with the EZbass ecosystem, so you can load the soundbank and start building basslines quickly. Whether you are sketching ideas in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic, this EBX gives you a focused bass voice for grooves that need both rhythmic punch and expressive detail.
