Arcus is an ambient envelope-shaping effect plugin built around SyncBand ADSR technology, which splits incoming audio into two frequency ranges and applies independent ADSR envelopes to each. Both envelopes share a single trigger but can be shaped separately, giving you precise control over how different parts of a sound evolve over time. Triggers can come from audio (with a threshold control), sidechain signals, or MIDI, and the envelopes can be synced to your DAW tempo in bars and beats rather than milliseconds. Additional tools include Tilt control for spectral balance, high- and low-pass filters, and phase inversion. Arcus is aimed at hobby producers working with ambient samples, pads, and textured layers who want dynamic, tempo-locked movement in their tracks. It runs on Windows and works in FL Studio, Ableton, and Logic.
