NCH MixPad Masters Edition v5.22 is standalone multitrack recording and mixing software for Windows, rather than a VST plugin loaded inside another DAW. It suits hobby producers, musicians and anyone who wants to combine vocals, instruments and other audio recordings in one workspace.
Build sessions with unlimited audio tracks, record one input at a time or capture multiple tracks together. EQ, compression, reverb and other included effects help shape individual sounds and balance a mix. A royalty-free library adds hundreds of music and sound-effect clips for use in your projects.
MixPad supports ASIO for low-latency, sample-accurate recording, with sample rates from 6 kHz to 96 kHz and export depths up to 32-bit floating point. Broad audio file support makes it useful for assembling material from different sources, while WAV and MP3 output options cover both higher-quality exports and smaller files for sharing. You can also burn a finished mix to CD or upload your production. This Windows release lists compatibility with XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10.
