MonsterDAW Monster Sax v1.0 x64 VST VST3 AU WiN macOS [FREE]

MonsterDAW Monster Sax v1.0 is a free, sample-based saxophone instrument built around performances by Indonesian jazz musician Devian Zikri. It brings the tone of his Yanagisawa alto saxophone into your DAW, giving hobby producers a way to add sax parts without recording a player themselves.

The instrument offers eight articulations and playing effects, providing different ways to shape a phrase rather than relying on a single sax sound. Its samples were captured in Zikri’s professional studio with a Neumann TLM103 microphone. Zikri is a Berklee College of Music performance graduate, and this plugin marks the first entry in MonsterDAW’s Artist Signature Series.

Monster Sax is suited to producers looking for sampled alto saxophone for melodies, hooks, or supporting lines. It is worth considering for jazz-inspired arrangements or tracks that need an acoustic lead alongside electronic instruments. The listed Windows version is 64-bit, with VST and VST3 formats named for use in compatible hosts such as FL Studio and Ableton Live.
