MythPre is a free tube microphone preamp emulation focused on low-end weight. It offers four input modes—Mic, Line, DI, and Tone Shaper—each shaping the bass response differently, so you can dial in solid low-end emphasis depending on the source. A gain-compensated Boost knob drives the preamp from soft to aggressive, while a clean Output sets the final level. Before the boost stage, high-pass and low-pass filters let you narrow the frequency range feeding the preamp. A -20 dB pad and phase flip handle hot signals and polarity issues. Clicking the Analog Obsession label engages 4x oversampling. The resizable interface scales from 50% to 200% via a corner handle, and you can save your preferred size as a default preset in your DAW.
