Ghost Note Audio Infinity Loop is an experimental digital reverb for producers who want eerie spaces, evolving textures and sustained drones rather than a conventional room sound. Inspired by early-1990s rack reverbs, it uses a modified Dattorro algorithm with four delay lines and diffusion stages feeding a continuous feedback loop. Audio keeps circulating through the network, building an increasingly altered reverb texture.
Up to 12 diffusers arranged in series can reshape the timing and density of the decay, producing unusual, non-linear tails at stronger settings. Built-in saturation adds harmonic colour, while grain-based pitch shifting introduces an octave above, below or both for more unsettling results. Freezing the circular buffer turns the circulating audio into a continuous drone.
Infinity Loop is particularly suited to hobby producers and soundtrack composers creating dark ambient passages, horror cues or sci-fi atmospheres. The Windows 64-bit VST3 version fits compatible hosts such as FL Studio and Ableton Live. A fully functional, non-expiring evaluation mode lets you explore its sound before purchasing a license for continued use.
