BaseHead Ultra 2023.12.312

BaseHead Ultra 2023.12.312 is a Windows sound effects library manager for producers and sound designers who need to find, audition and transfer audio into a DAW. Rather than functioning as a VST instrument or effect, it organizes SFX collections for music production, game audio and film post-production. It also includes more than 22,500 sound effects.

Four search inputs and over 50 searchable metadata fields let you narrow results using detailed queries and thesaurus-based searches. Playback supports up to 10 channels, with individual channel extraction, solo and mute controls, mono or stereo downmixing, and support for surround and ambisonic B-format files.

For creative auditioning, you can adjust sounds with the pitchFX X/Y matrix, reverse playback and processing through VST plugins before transferring the result to your workstation. Performance multi-take recording captures parameter movements so you can choose which takes to keep.

Batch renaming, metadata editing and text import/export help maintain organized libraries. HTTP streaming and transfer provide access to audio stored remotely, while centralized databases and licensing support larger teams.
