NCH MixPad v10.79 is multitrack recording and mixing software for Windows, suited to hobby producers, songwriters and anyone combining vocals, instruments or other audio recordings. It is a standalone production application rather than a VST plugin, with support for hosting VST effects and instruments.

Build sessions with an unlimited number of audio tracks, record one input at a time or capture multiple tracks simultaneously. EQ, compression, reverb and other audio effects let you shape individual parts and bring a mix together. An included royalty-free music and sound-effects library provides hundreds of clips for use in your projects.

For recording setups, MixPad offers low-latency operation and ASIO support for sample-accurate capture. It supports sample rates from 6 kHz to 96 kHz and export resolutions up to 32-bit floating-point audio. When your mix is ready, save a WAV for a high-quality audio file, create an MP3 for sharing, burn a CD or upload your production. Broad audio-file support makes it useful for assembling material from different sources.
