Reason 14 Upgrade

Reason 14 Upgrade brings existing Reason 1–13 owners up to date with a complete environment for writing, arranging and mixing music. At its centre is the Reason Rack, where instruments, effects, utilities and Player MIDI devices can be combined into custom sound-building chains. With 68 included Rack Devices and over 30,000 patches, loops and samples, it offers a broad sonic palette for synth parts, sampled textures, drum programming and experimental sound design. A streamlined clip-based sequencer, Track Folders and track-focused navigation help keep sessions organised and controls close at hand. For mixing, the SSL-style mixer provides EQ, dynamics, routing, automation and bus processing. You can also use Reason instruments and effects inside other supported DAWs through the Rack plugin. It suits hobby producers who enjoy hands-on sound creation alongside full-track production. This digital upgrade requires an existing Reason 1–13 licence.
