Tone Empire Loc-Ness is a drum-processing effect for producers who want to shape punch, sustain, and grit without building a long effects chain. Designed for individual drum hits, room recordings, and complete drum buses, it combines analog-modeled saturation with limiting and flexible parallel blending.

Four modeled signal paths offer different shades of coloration, while the Crust control takes the sound from subtle edge to heavier crunch. Smash adds limiting and sustain, helping you push drums toward a tighter impact or a more crushed, splattering character. Two filters focus processing on selected frequency areas so the rest of the signal can remain untouched. Separate wet and dry controls let you balance the processed sound against the original.

Updated DSP and oversampling up to 8x round out the processing options. Loc-Ness suits hobby producers working with acoustic kits, electronic drums, or layered percussion in Windows DAWs such as FL Studio and Ableton Live. It can also add character to bass, guitars, piano, strings, and vocals. This Windows edition includes VST3 and AAX formats.
