CFA Sound FilterGrizzly 2 is a characterful filter effect for adding warmth, saturation and tonal movement to your tracks. Its tube-based drive stage feeds an analog-modelled ladder filter, combining a 4-pole lowpass and 2-pole highpass with a passively controlled feedback circuit. Use it to soften bright synths, thin out loops or push bass and percussion into grittier territory. With 2x oversampling and an anti-aliasing algorithm, it suits producers who want analog-style colour rather than purely corrective processing. The redesigned interface offers two skins. FilterGrizzly 2 runs as a 32-bit VST 2.3 plugin on Windows, making it most suitable for compatible older setups. Operation in a 64-bit DAW through jBridge may be possible, but is not guaranteed.
