RZ062 Equalizer

Audified RZ062 Equalizer brings the character of two rare German Klangfilm EQ modules into music production and mastering. Modelled on the RZ062a and RZ062b, this pair of plugins offers vintage warmth and presence for vocals, instruments and full mixes. Instead of endless frequency sweeping, carefully chosen controls encourage quick, musical tonal adjustments. The RZ062a tilts the frequency response around 650 Hz, raising the bass while lowering the treble, or vice versa. The RZ062b provides a presence control with four selectable frequencies: 1.4, 2, 2.8 and 4 kHz. Detailed circuit modelling accounts for more than 200 components, including triodes and input and output transformers. Suited to producers who prefer characterful tone shaping over surgical correction, RZ062 helps add weight, reshape brightness or bring a part forward with a gentle presence lift.
