Brad Hoyt’s Harp Guitar

Brad Hoyt’s Harp Guitar by Soundiron brings the distinctive voice of a custom 30-string acoustic instrument into your productions. Built around the Arpa Viola Caipira, this deeply sampled library combines acoustic guitar, bass harp and treble harp strings for resonant lows, clear highs and a broad playing range. Close, dry stereo recordings leave room to shape the sound for intimate acoustic tracks, cinematic arrangements or detailed melodic passages. Play expressive leads with true legato, build chords, or explore auto-strumming and adaptive arpeggiation for rhythmic parts. Plucks, palm mutes, chokes, slides, glisses and body percussion provide plenty of performance detail, supported by up to 12 round-robin variations and seven velocity layers per note. With custom tuning and real-time automation support, it suits composers and producers seeking an unusual acoustic palette with hands-on control.
