Pumper 3 by W.A. Production combines compression, saturation and stereo imaging in one multi-effect plugin for shaping punch, weight and width. Its four compressor modes cover distinct jobs: Punchy brings definition to kicks and percussion, Fat reinforces the low end, Clean suits vocals and acoustic instruments, and Soft offers gentle control for the master bus. Wet/dry blending makes parallel compression straightforward, while RMS shaping provides additional control. The saturator moves from restrained warmth to gritty distortion, with Rise and Fall settings for adjusting transient response and texture. For stereo shaping, Low and High shelf modes plus frequency and resonance controls help target particular ranges. Dedicated module input controls and a before-and-after waveform display keep adjustments easy to follow.
