MOJO 2: Horn Section

Build punchy funk riffs, expressive jazz melodies and full big band arrangements with MOJO 2: Horn Section by Vir2 Instruments. This sampled brass and reed instrument combines 13 recorded instruments with four additional simulated muted options introduced in version 2.0. Shape performances with 13 articulations, including staccatos, stabs, shakes, swells and falls, while recorded legato transitions help melodic lines flow naturally. Up to four velocity layers and three round robins add variation to repeated notes. For thicker arrangements, expand each instrument from one to ten players and adjust humanization and stereo spread. Close, near and room microphone mixes let you balance definition against ambience, with keynoise and onboard effects offering further tonal control. It suits producers and composers who want flexible horn parts for pop, funk, jazz and big band tracks without recording a live section.
