Voices of Gaia

Soundiron Voices of Gaia is a solo vocal instrument for Kontakt Player, bringing four distinctive singers to cinematic scores, world music and indie productions. Spanning baritone to mezzo-soprano, the collection combines playable vowel sustains, true legato and round-robin staccatos with over 9,607 expressive performance phrases. Build your own melodies or shape recorded passages using tempo controls, start/end editing, key selection and real-time step sequencing. Dry studio recordings preserve the detail of each voice, while breaths, whispers and laughs add a human touch to arrangements. For more abstract textures, 137 vocal-derived pads, drones and soundscapes range from airy and luminous to gritty and unsettling. An integrated effects rack provides further sound-shaping options. It suits producers and composers who want both natural solo vocals and atmospheric layers for ambient tracks, film cues or evocative song arrangements.
