Krotos Weaponiser Basic is a sound design sampler for building layered effects without spreading your workflow across multiple tracks. Its four sample engines—Onset, Body, Thump and Tail—let you shape everything from sharp weapon impacts and sci-fi blasts to footsteps, magical textures, whooshes and transitions. Drag in sounds from the built-in browser or your own collection, then adjust layer timing on the colour-coded timeline. MIDI triggering and velocity sensitivity make it easy to perform variations or place effects precisely against picture. For repeated hits, Burst mode turns one-shot samples into sequences with an adjustable fire rate. Three synthesis engines add further sound-shaping options, while multichannel output lets you process layers separately.
