Springs

AudioThing Springs brings the distinctive character of vintage spring reverb to your productions, with eight emulations spanning a long six-spring pipe and a compact, battery-powered single-spring unit. Combining convolution and modelling, it delivers textured ambience for guitar parts, characterful drum treatments and retro-flavoured synth sounds. A three-band Baxandall EQ lets you shape either the reverb alone or the combined dry and wet signal. Its interacting bands create smooth, musical curves, while the added mid band includes adjustable Q for more focused tonal control. Before the signal reaches the spring emulation, the Bandwidth control helps tame boomy lows or overly bright, boingy resonance. With 50 presets, a preset randomizer and a resizable interface, Springs suits producers who want to explore vintage reverb textures with flexible tone shaping.
