Phase Plant

Phase Plant by Kilohearts is a semi-modular software synthesizer for producers who want to shape sounds rather than settle for presets. Combine traditional waveforms, wavetables, samples and noise to build anything from focused synth tones to layered, evolving textures. Its open architecture lets you assemble generators, effects and modulation around each patch, while the built-in Wavetable Editor gives you another way to create distinctive source material. Envelopes, LFOs and random modulation can add subtle movement or drive unpredictable soundscapes. For more experimental tones, audio-rate modulation lets generators influence one another’s volume, frequency and phase. Three effects lanes host the included Kilohearts Essentials Snapins, keeping processing inside your presets. MPE support adds expressive pitch, pressure and timbre control. It suits curious hobby producers and dedicated sound designers who enjoy building playable instruments and exploring unusual sonic territory.
