SubLab

SubLab by Future Audio Workshop is a bass synthesizer built for weighty 808s, deep subs and gritty low-end hooks. Aimed at hip-hop, trap and future bass producers, it brings sampling, layering, widening and distortion into one focused workflow. Turn a kick sample into a playable bass sound, or drag in your own audio and let automatic pitch detection speed up the setup. The X-Sub psychoacoustic oscillator helps keep bass notes consistent and defined across different playback systems. For starting points, SubLab includes six signature Bass Packs and 250 samples drawn from classic analog drum machines and modern modular gear. Sounds range from smooth, clean sub layers to heavily distorted 808s, making it useful for beatmakers who want ready-to-use basses alongside room to shape their own.
