Venomode Complexer 2 is a flexible dynamics plugin for shaping individual tracks, buses, and full mixes. Its three independent processors each offer upward or downward compression, upward or downward expansion, limiting, and gating. Chain all three in series, or place two in parallel with the remaining stage before or after them. For frequency-focused work, assign each processor to an adjustable band to tame bass peaks, control busy mids, or gate selected frequencies. Separate left/right and mid/side processing let you treat different parts of the stereo image independently. Attack, hold, release, lookahead, and peak, RMS, or average detection provide detailed control over how each stage responds, while external sidechain support enables signal-driven dynamics.
