Street Percussion

Street Percussion by Big Fish Audio turns everyday objects and traditional drums into a flexible percussion instrument library for Kontakt. Explore over 100 deeply sampled instruments spanning metal, plastic, wood, ethnic drums and two custom drum kits, recorded with street performers Steven Bartashev and Cyzon Griffin. Seven velocity layers and seven round robins per instrument add variation to repeated hits, making it a strong fit for gritty grooves, lively rhythmic beds and unconventional drum parts. The eight-channel step sequencer offers independent rates and step counts, plus per-step control over velocity, length, pan, pitch, reverse, reverb and delay. Blend close and room microphones for each channel, then shape the results with seven effects available per channel or globally. With over 130 presets to get ideas moving, Street Percussion suits beatmakers and producers who want hands-on rhythm programming without starting every pattern from scratch.
