TrapDrive

TrapDrive by Diginoiz is a distortion VST built for the abrasive side of trap and related styles. It pushes clean sounds into rough, aggressive territory, giving 808s and bass lines extra bite while helping vocals, guitars and synths take on a harsher character. Eight distortion types offer different ways to reshape your signal, with processes including hard clipping, bit-crushing, arctan and exponential distortion. Choose a type, raise the Amount control and judge the intensity by ear. Beyond individual tracks, TrapDrive can also bring deliberately heavy distortion to buses or entire mixes when a cleaner finish isn’t the goal. It suits producers making hard-edged trap, distorted hip-hop and other bass-driven music who want an uncompromising sound rather than gentle coloration. Reach for it when a part needs to feel more confrontational, gritty or wild.
