CrushStation

Eventide CrushStation is a stereo distortion plugin for producers who want everything from gentle warmth to unruly fuzz. Use it to give a thin snare more weight, help a lead sit in the mix, or turn a restrained part into an abrasive centerpiece. Drive, Grit and Sustain shape the intensity, while compression and a three-band EQ help control the result. Blend in upper and lower octaves for thicker textures, or push Sag for sputtering, broken-amp character. The Mix control makes parallel processing straightforward, and the gate can tame distortion tails or create sharply chopped crunch. For hands-on movement, Ribbon morphs between settings and HotSwitch jumps between two contrasting setups within a preset. With 35 presets and VST, AU and AAX formats for Mac and PC, CrushStation suits beatmakers, electronic producers and guitar-focused musicians looking for expressive saturation and sound design.
