ATA Auto Time Adjuster

Mellowmuse ATA Auto Time Adjuster is a delay compensation utility that keeps Pro Tools tracks and buses aligned when plugins or external hardware introduce latency. Rather than trusting latency figures reported by plugins, ATA measures the signal path directly with a short audio ping triggered from an instance on the master fader. Instances placed across your tracks and buses then calculate and apply the delays needed to restore alignment. With compensation up to 50,000 samples, manual latency entry, individual instance locking and group delay previews in the Pro Tools mixer, it suits producers managing complex sessions or outboard inserts. Its purpose is tighter timing rather than tonal coloration. Originally developed for older Pro Tools LE systems, the current version is AAX-only for compatible Pro Tools setups—not FL Studio, Ableton Live or Logic.
