Cloudburst Acoustic

Cloudburst Acoustic by Iamlamprey is a deeply sampled acoustic guitar instrument focused on the clear, ringing character of natural harmonics. Its D2–C5 playable range offers delicate melodic tones that work on their own or layered with piano and strings, making it a useful choice for producers writing atmospheric tracks, intimate arrangements or emotive soundtrack cues. Mono and XY-pair recordings provide two microphone perspectives, while multiple velocity layers and round-robin playback help repeated phrases feel more natural. An optional Random Noise algorithm introduces extra release sounds and occasional dead notes for a less polished, more human performance. Built-in reverb, delay, filtering and modulation effects let you shape the samples without leaving the instrument, with automatable controls for evolving textures. Pitch-bend and modwheel-controlled filter cutoff add expressive options when playing or programming melodies.
