RetroMod Lead

Tracktion RetroMod Lead is a sample-based synth instrument that brings together the character of six Clavia instruments, from the original NordLead to the Nord Modular G1 and Nord Drum. Rather than simply recreating individual keyboards, it combines their sonic personalities, pairing elements such as a NordLead A1 FM piano attack with the raw body of a NordLead 1 sound. Its palette spans lush pads, bright electric pianos, assertive leads and PPG-style metallic textures, giving hobby producers plenty of material for melodic hooks, atmospheric layers and distinctive keyboard parts. The 9.8 GB library contains 30,000 samples and 413 presets, with the original instruments sampled note by note at multiple velocities across five octaves. It suits producers who want a broad range of Clavia-inspired tones with a hybrid identity of their own.
