AIR Music Technology TubeSynth is an analogue-modelled polyphonic synthesizer for warm pads, punchy plucks, weighty basses and expressive leads. Its three-oscillator subtractive engine draws on the character of classic 70s and 80s synths, with enough drive and modulation to push into gritty, futuristic textures. Two unison engines add thickness, while ring modulation, oscillator shaping and a variable-slope low-pass filter offer plenty of scope for building your own tones. Polyphonic glide brings sliding movement to chords, and two LFOs plus filter, amp and ramp envelopes help animate patches. Start with over 300 factory presets, then finish sounds with built-in chorus, delay, reverb, compression and Hype EQ. TubeSynth suits hobby producers exploring analogue-style synthesis, electronic tracks or cinematic soundscapes, with a layout designed for hands-on tweaking using a MIDI controller.
