TheSplit by TheZhe is an audio utility for dividing a signal into two complementary outputs, giving you more control over how different elements are processed. Its four modes separate audio by stereo position, frequency, transient shape, or level. Center & Sides uses mid-side processing, Low & High provides crossover-based separation, Attack & Sustain isolates transient and sustained content, and Loud & Soft uses a gate to divide material by amplitude. Use a mode as an effect on its own, or pair the split outputs with other processors for targeted mixing. Try treating drum attacks differently from their sustain, applying separate effects to bass and treble, or processing the center and sides independently. A Flip control swaps the outputs, while built-in anti-aliasing and solid-line indicators for modulatable knobs round out the design.
