GARUC Audio Tape Hyll is a tape saturation effect for producers and mixing engineers who want analog-style warmth, depth, and cohesion in digital sessions. Its processing responds dynamically to the incoming signal rather than relying only on a fixed saturation curve, making it useful for adding character to individual tracks, buses, or a mastering chain.

Five saturation styles and three tonal profiles let you explore different combinations of coloration. Dual Mono, Stereo, and Mid-Side modes provide flexible channel processing, while separate high-pass and low-pass filters per channel help shape the tonal balance. Use the Dry/Wet control to blend the processed sound with the original signal.

For level management, Tape Hyll includes RMS and Peak Auto Gain, alongside DSP Calibration and oversampling up to 16x with two algorithms. A scalable, high-resolution interface and included presets support a straightforward workflow. Available for Windows in VST3 and AAX formats, it suits hobby producers and experienced engineers working in compatible hosts such as FL Studio and Ableton Live.
