NoiseShaper 2 is a dynamic noise design effect that lets you layer mix-ready noise textures onto any sound. Created by Cableguys with a library from BT, Cyclick and InsideInfo, it offers vinyl crackle, tape hiss, console hum, broken digital textures and organic field recordings. Unlike static noise, it reacts to your music: Follow mode adds rhythmically synced sizzle, Duck mode fills gaps with lo-fi texture, and MIDI or audio triggering locks patterns to any rhythm. Draw custom waveforms to target specific mix elements, sync patterns to beats and bars, and shape noise with trim, mono and dual filters. Use Noise Only mode for sound design or separate noise mixing. It runs inside ShaperBox 3, alone or combined with other Shapers. Ideal for producers in trap, EDM, house and lo-fi seeking character, excitement, ambience and groove.
