CyberLink PowerDirector Ultimate v21.4.2812.0 WiN

CyberLink PowerDirector Ultimate v21.4 is Windows video editing software, not a VST audio plugin. It is suited to beginners and experienced creators, including music producers who want to assemble promotional clips, video intros, or visual content for their tracks.

Customizable templates and a library of shareable intros provide starting points for projects. The Mask Designer offers custom, image, and text masks for hiding unwanted elements or combining clips. For captions and titles, the Title Designer pairs drag-and-drop presets with gradient, border, and shadow controls, alongside motion graphics, sound effects, blending modes, and special effects.

The PiP Designer adds animated stickers, shapes, and callouts, with entrance and exit animations to guide attention within a scene. AI motion tracking lets text or graphics follow a moving object, while AI object detection helps create masks by automatically selecting subjects such as people, cars, and pets. AI sky replacement provides another way to change the look of outdoor footage.

For an audio-focused setup, PowerDirector serves as a separate video editor rather than an effect or instrument inside your DAW.
